Ming Qing Garden is located in Jingdezhen Sculpture Ceramics Factory, which serves as the venue for International Ceramics Arts Center as well. The factory is 5 kilometers away from downtown. In late 1990s, the factory has attached great importance on the development of industrial tourism and ceramics innovation industry, integrating ceramics products with tourism perfectly.
The garden is a vivid imitation of buildings in Ming Dynasty. The ceramics street in the garden restores the scene in ancient Jingdezhen. Many master craftsmen of arts have set up their studios to show their masterpiece and superb workmanship. The beautiful surroundings and unique atmosphere have attracted so many ceramists and tourists to make and admire ceramics. One thing special about the garden is the flea market open on every Saturday, where you can buy interesting and delicate ceramics.
Ming Qing Garden is the pilot project for national industrial tourism. It is granted as national 3A scenic spot and industrial bases both for service industry ad ceramics innovation industry.
