> What does the quotation include and exclude?
    It varies for different tours. The followings are only the general information for your reference.

    Our tours usually include the following items and services, the details of which are subject to a specific tour.
    a). For tours including cruises, the cruise excursion and activities are subject to the cruise company's arrangements
    b). the economy-class airfare or soft sleeper or seat train ticket fare
    c). the Chinese government taxes and city construction fee
    d). daily American breakfast, Chinese lunch and/or dinner
    e). the hotel accommodation on twin-share basis
    f). the Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance
    g). the private transfer by private vehicle
    h). a private English-speaking tour guide 
    i). the Tibet Travel Permit if applicable
    j). all admission fees

    Our tours usually exclude the following items and services.
    a) the expenses of personal consumption
    b) the air/ train tickets or arrival in and departure from the tour
    c) the departure tax of CNY 90.00 (USD11.00) per person for departure China mainland

> Does the quoted price include my airfare? If not, could you quote a tour price including airfare or just the airfare we could add on to the tour price?
    The quotation listed on our website only includes fares for internal flights forming part of the tour. Round ticket from home and destination is not included. We also offer the air ticket booking if required, which should be informed us at your first inquiry.

> Can children enjoy any discount?
    At the regulations of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), children under 12 years old traveling with parents in China can enjoy great discounts on the adult fare on the land service charge, the breakfast and the domestic airfare. Children older than 12 years will be charged as adults.

    For infants, we only charge the any necessary airfares. Should there be any surcharges required during the tour, they need to be paid on the spot by the person or persons incurring them.

> How many members should a group consist of, to which you offer discount? How about 10?
    According to the regulations of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), tour groups are divided into the following four categories according to group size and the rates are calculated accordingly.
    a) One person
    b) 2-5 people
    c) 6-9 people
    d) over 10 people

    The quotations we offer vary from one to another. The rates on our website are based on double occupancy for 2-5; 6-9 and 10 and above people as a group. If your team is larger, you can enjoy a more favorable quotation.

> What is the single room supplement? Is this fee already included in the season quotation or should I add it to the season quote?
    All our hotel bookings are made on the basis of two adults sharing a twin-bedded room. In the case of a person of a party requiring his or her own room, a surcharge should be paid. The same applies to someone who is traveling alone in a small group.

    Single room supplement is not included in the quotation we offered and needs to be added to the season quote. 

>  Is the November the high season or the off season?
    The duration of the high season is from March 1 to June 30 and from Sep a to November 30, the rest time of which is off season.
