Chengdu as the capital of Sichuan province locates in the center of Sichuan Basin. The main terrain of Chengdu is plain, which grants the people there with fertile and excellent agricultural condition and the birthplace of various cultures. Therefore, Chengdu is renowned as the Land of Abundance (Tian Fu Zhi Guo) for such colorful culture as the Dujiang Dam, Shu Brocade, Sichuan Opera, Sichuan Cuisine and the celebrated poets and marvelous natural sceneries such as Qingchengshan Mountain and Emei Mountain.

People can tell easily which season it is from the weather. It is never too hot in the summer, nor too cold in the winter. The pleasant weather in Chengdu together with the spicy Sichuan Cuisine make the people there look beautiful and engaging, so Chengdu is dub the birth place of the beauty.
Around 14 million dwellers live in this beauty nest that is also one of the 24 Chinese famous historic and cultural cities about 2300-year-old city where assembles many famous historic relics, such as Sanxingdui (Three-Star Piles) Museum, Du Fu’s Thatched Cottage, Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area, Leshan Giant Buddha and Wenshu Monastery.

Besides, Chengdu is the center of the science and technology, trade and commerce and finance and traffic of the southwest China, where the urban areas are well afforested and the primary forest is well protected making itself a cozy tourism city.
