Hi, Monica.Thank you for your note. My tour in Beijing was excellent - Allen (Lu You) was a fantastic tour guide and I have only good things to say about him. Our driver was also very good.

In terms of improvements - I would have liked to have spent more time at the Summer Palace and in the Hutong, but we were on a tight schedule.

I would also suggest that tourists not visit the pearl market - the atmosphere was not very pleasant. However, the tea house and silk factory that we visited were very good.

I would recommend Allen as a tour guide to other tourists and would definitely return to the sights that I saw on this trip.

Dear , We happily got the flexible individual tour we wanted. The reason we paid extra money to tour as a small family was the expectation that each guide would to be able to be flexible to meet our individual needs and interests. We could not be happier with the delivery of CET and each of their city guides. They met and exceeded our standards consistently. We spent the most time with your guides. Firstly I want to thank you for perfectly organizing things inside our trip in China. Everything was as agreed except one. If you ask my opinion regarding guides the weakest was in Lhasa and strongest were in Shangri-La and Beijing. If you need details – please ask.

In my opinion in all areas of life all people can improve. And there is no end to this process. That way I’m writing to you theses small remarks. But if I have to evaluate the services I have received from your company I can state 10 out of 10!
